We undertake the programming and testing of printed circuit boards. During functional circuit testing (FCT), we check the operation of the circuit under test (DUT) by simulating real conditions.
The testing tasks can be performed with a custom pin-bed fixture or via a customer-supplied interface in one of two ways:
- using basic instrumentation (programmer, power supply, multimeter and oscilloscope) and test equipment based on customer specifications to verify the operation of the circuit; we can also build a custom programming and test circuit for the task
- in the case of a special test method, we carry out the procedure on the manufactured circuits using customer-supplied instruments and software
With these solutions we can efficiently program and test a large number of products in a short time.
The video below shows the operation of a test rig whose hardware and software were developed by us based on the measurement parameters provided by the customer. The equipment produces an electronic test report for each circuit tested.
